30-Day Return Policy
At BalanceLifeNaturals, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item from www.balancelifenaturals.com to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@saa-z.com. 

Upon accepting your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, that items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@saa-z.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions for Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Please note, that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
For an exchange, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
