BalanceLifeNaturals Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
BalanceLifeNaturals is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your item from our website, www.balancelifenaturals.com, to request a return.
Return Eligibility
For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your return.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@saa-z.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We advise you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@saa-z.com so we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exceptions for Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for certain types of items, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have any concerns about whether your item can be returned, please contact us for clarification.
Note that sale items and gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item you have. After the return is processed and accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
